We begin the process by consulting you to understand exactly what you’d like from your new home. Our experts work with you to understand every aspect of your requirements from design choices to building preferences. Following this, we complete an on-site analysis to understand the technical factors that will impact the development of your new home.
FIXED PRICE QUOTE
Once we’ve got a strong understanding of your needs, we get to work in figuring out the exact cost of the features that you’d like in your dream home from flooring to finishes and everything in between. Then, we let you know the cost of building a house with us by providing you with a fixed quote that we’ll honour.
Once we’ve presented a quote, any variations to the scope of the project are usually either from a client changing their mind or an unforeseen circumstance that has arisen on site. As such, these variations are always formally processed and presented to you for review and approval. Rest assured, you’ll never receive a surprise bill from us as you’ll always know as much about your project as we do.
RENTAL BACK PAYMENTS
Many of our clients require a temporary rental property while their new home is being built. However, unforeseen circumstances sometimes cause a delay in construction which could lead to you paying additional rent. We’re aware that this is a major point of concern for our clients which is why our standard building contract includes a payment back to you for any additional rental costs arising from an unexpected delay.
